We've received feedback about the diffuser not spraying fragrance properly. Most of the issues seem to stem from incorrect installation of the cotton filter and the spring. Here's what you need to ensure:
Correct Positioning: Make sure the spring is installed under the cotton filter, as shown in the picture below. This ensures that the cotton filter properly connects with the nozzles.
Adjusting the Spring: If you've installed it correctly but still experience issues with fragrance spraying, try extending the spring slightly. This will help the cotton filter make better contact with the diffuser nozzles.
Nozzle Cleaning: Additionally, use a cotton swab lightly dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean the nozzles. Also, try switching the spray speed frequently to help clean the nozzles effectively.
Regarding the White O-Ring:
The white o-ring serves as a sealing ring to prevent oil leaks. If it happens to fall off, please make sure to put it back in place and screw it on tightly. Do not remove or discard the o-ring, as it plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the air freshener.
